12 corn tortillas made with Quaker® Masa Harina de Maíz
2 to 3 cups of Mexican style cheese (i.e. Chihuahua, or Monterrey Jack cheese), shredded
1-1/2 cups chunky salsa
Prepare tortillas according to package directions.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat.
Place tortilla on lightly greased griddle and spoon 1 to
2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 tablespoon of salsa on one
side; fold in half. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until golden
brown, then flip and cook for another 1 minute or until
cheese melts.
Serve with additional salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
