Beef Fajitas with Corn Tortillas

Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes

- 12 corn tortillas made with Quaker® Masa Harina de Maíz
- 1 lb. beef steak (top sirloin or flanked), cut into thin strips
- 1 green or red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

- Prepare tortillas according to package directions.
- In a medium bowl, combine remaining 9 ingredients
together. Marinade for 1 hour, if desired.
- In large skillet, over medium heat, cook marinated beef
mixture for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is well done.
- Serve over prepared corn tortillas and top with
guacamole, sour cream and salsa, if desired.
Yield: 7 to 8 servings
